Here are a few of the questions we get asked the most. They are mainly centered around tech issues and site navigation.
Q: I'm trying to get/return to the course but it keeps taking me back to the sales page. Help!
A: Log in and go to your student dashboard to access your courses. The All courses tab holds the sales pages for all the available course options. Occasionally there are glitches and logging out then back in will correct the issue.
Q: I have a coupon code but I can't find where to place it.
A: The code box is located on the purchase form. Below is an example. The highlighted areas is where you click to add the code.
Q: I have a coupon/discount code but when I clicked to purchase the course it automatically charged my card.
A: This happens when you are logged into your account alredy and have a payment source on file in the system. Please email us [email protected] for a refund of the difference.
